2017: Became first Castleton men's cross country runner in school history to qualify for NCAA Division III Championships. Named to New England All-Region Team after placing 11th at the NCAA Division III New England Region Championship (11/11). Named NAC Runner of the Year for the second straight season. Registered five first-place finishes overall after winning individual titles at Southern Vermont Invitational (9/2), Castleton Invitational (9/9), Vermont State Meet (9/30), Western New England University Invitational (10/14), and NAC Championship (10/28). Led the Spartans to the finish line in all seven races. Posted a season-best time of 25:42 at the 8K UMass-Dartmouth Invitational (9/16). 

2016: Named NAC Runner of the Year for the first time in his career. Earned a spot on the All-ECAC Team after finishing first at ECAC Championship. Totaled four first-place finishes overall after also taking the top spot at the Southern Vermont and Castleton Invitationals. Named NAC Runner of the Week four times. Tallied six top-three finishes on the season. Crossed the line first for the Spartans in all of the team's eight races. Recorded a career-best time at the NCAA Regionals, finishing the 8K race in 25:26.13. 

2015: Crossed the line first for the Spartans in all of the team’s nine races as a sophomore … Named NAC First-Team All-Conference after finishing second overall at the NAC Championship … Earned a spot on the men’s All-ECAC Team after a 12th-place finish … Named NAC Runner of the Week one time (10/5/15) … Finished first overall at the Green Mountain Invitational (10/17/15) … Recorded four top-five overall finishes and five top-ten overall finishes … Ran a season-best time of 26:06 at the NCAA Regional Championships (11/14/15). 

2014: Named North Atlantic Conference Second-Team All-Conference after placing 14th (27:31) at the NAC Championships … Earned NAC Rookie of the Week honors five times (9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/20) … Finished as one of Castleton’s top two runners in six races…was the top Spartan finisher twice this year.
