In a 10v10 format, the contest was split into three 20-minute games with separate 10-minute halves.

Amanda Lodi made the only successful conversion of the day using the drop-kick technique to make it 12-0. Reagan Aldersea had the only try of the second half as time expired.
Castleton (1-4) jumped out to an early lead in the third time when Mariah Jollie got into the scoring with a try at the 1:42 mark. With just over three minutes remaining in the half, Emily Ngo found space and scored after a long run from deep in Cadet territory. With the game tied and 3:27 remaining, Caitlin Burke crossed the try line for the game-winner for Norwich (3-1).
